Perham Living

The “household model” of the Nursing Home allows residents to become more involved in their residency at Perham Living. The residents are able to create their own schedule for their days, including waking up, eating meals, activities, and going to bed.

Home Health Care is available to those who need assistance with the activities of independent living, whether that is help with medications, occupational therapy, or other services. Home Health Care services are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week to those living within a 30-mile radius of Perham.

Northwinds is specially designed to provide comfort and security in a supporting environment for those in need of memory care. Professional caregivers are on-site and available 24-hours a day with a licensed nurse on duty five days a week. Located on the Perham Living campus, Northwinds provides an alternative for people living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias.

Transitions: Post-Acute Care is a short-stay rehabilitative program that offers personalized care for people recovering from illness, injuries, or surgeries.

St. James Manor apartments offer living for seniors 62 years and older and persons with disabilities. Managed by Perham Living, this subsidized housing complex provides a variety of options and assisted living services.

Adult Day Services provide caregivers a much-needed break from their care giver roles, while participants have many opportunities throughout the day to socialize and engage in activities.
