120 Years of Growth, Impact, and Service

This year marks 120 years of growth, impact, and continuous service to the people in our local communities.

The Franciscan Sisters opened the doors of St. James hospital in 1902. They established many of our time-honored traditions and values that laid the foundation for our commitment to person-centered care.

Today, Perham Health is among the region’s top healthcare providers, with over 600 employees, serving Perham and the surrounding communities. As healthcare and technology progress, we continue to expand our service offerings to meet the needs of people in our area. Additionally, through our affiliation with Sanford, we are able to expand the breadth of our service offerings locally. Over the last year, we saw record increases in volumes for lab, therapy, imaging, and surgery.

At Perham Health, we are dedicated to health and wellness throughout life. Our vision is to help our local communities achieve optimal health. We aim to accomplish this through continued expansion, innovation, and growth. We are incredibly grateful to be celebrating this milestone year and honored to continue serving all who come to us for care.
