DIETITIAN
A dietitian provides individualized nutrition plans and expertise for people of all ages affected by nutritional disorders, deficiencies, chronic illness, obesity, and eating disorders. Our dietitian works individually with patients to help them select appropriate foods, vitamins and minerals for overall health and specific medical conditions. Individually working with patients helps our provider to understand their particular needs and the challenges they face.
Perham Health’s dietitian also provides community education programs to promote healthy eating and wellness to schools, churches, community groups and professionals.
