Healthcare Career Scholarship
Kickstart your healthcare career with a $1,000 scholarship!
- We are proud to offer scholarship opportunities to five students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a continuing education program in the healthcare field.
- Application Deadline is Friday, March 6, 2026 at 4:30pm.
Eligibility
Scholarship applicants must be residents of the Perham, Battle Lake, Frazee, Henning, or New York Mills school districts. Applicants may be currently enrolled in high school or undergraduate programs. Scholarships will be awarded to those enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year college program or a 1-year technical school program in the healthcare field.* More Information

Pathways Career Scholarship
Earn while you learn!
- Perham Living Nursing Home employees pursuing education related to long-term care are eligible for up to $15,000* per calendar year. Fields of study include social work, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietician, and more.

Certified Nursing Assistant Training
If you’re thinking of becoming a CNA, this may be a great opportunity for you. Through Perham Living, we offer the LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation’s OnTrack nursing assistant training program—a hybrid course you can complete at your own pace. The best part? We’ll cover the cost of the courses, applicable fees, and your certification test upfront.
