Anyone undergoing total hip or knee replacement at Perham Health, is required to attend joint camp. Joint camp is designed to educate patients about what to expect before, during and after the procedure and has proven to result in a faster, more successful recovery. Classes take place every two weeks and are held in the St. James Conference Room at Perham Health. By attending the class with your coach (spouse, family member, or friend), you’ll feel more comfortable and knowledgeable about your upcoming surgery.
