Perham Health has revealed the most favored baby names of 2024. Leading the list for girls is Lettie, while the top choice for boys is Owen. The OB staff is excited to share a few other tidbits about the deliveries in 2024:

  • Monday was the busiest delivery day of the year.
  • 2024 deliveries were fairly spread, with October in the lead at 22 births, while April and May tied at 20 babies born in each month.
  • Exactly 101 babies were male and 90 were female.
  • 22% of families resided in Perham at the delivery date, and the longest-distance family was from Honnah, Alaska.
  • The number of water births stayed the same at 24.
  • Tonya Diggins, CNP, Certified Nurse Midwife, delivered the most babies, 61 of 191 babies born at Perham Health.
